Every automation is evaluated in real time. If an automation reaches 85% capacity the owner is notified. The goal is to reach 90 to 99% capacity without exceeding, but if that occurs, the threashold is scaled automatically in order to prevent service disruption.
Unfortunately data privacy is a constant risk which is why it's critical to only use top level services, and infrastructure to support data and pipelines. We only host on encrypted servers and send data over SSL transfer. We follow strict requirements adhearing to Google, Meta, and other automation platforms requireing privacy keys, encryption, process & business verifications for all of our automations. In same cases our automations are specifically intended to backup business data and file systems. We offer data retention policies and guidelines, and the automations to adhear to those policies.
