Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and regional providers) are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
Our Property: All software, code, custom automation scripts, workflows, logos, and website design are the exclusive property of TenBound Media, LLC or its licensors.
Deliverables: For photography and media consulting clients, ownership of final deliverables (images, video assets, compiled reports, etc.) is strictly governed by your specific client service contract. Unless otherwise stated in writing, TenBound Media, LLC retains all rights to its original code, internal frameworks, and proprietary AI methodologies used to deliver the services.
Our Services interact with third-party applications (e.g., Facebook, Google, Zapier, or communication APIs). TenBound Media, LLC is not responsible for the availability, privacy practices, downtime, or security measures of these third-party platforms. Your use of third-party systems is subject entirely to their respective terms and conditions.
Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TenBound Media, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or absolute fitness for a particular purpose of our AI consulting blueprints or automation tools. We do not guarantee that our software workflows, communication streams, or website will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenBound Media, LLC and its officers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to lost data, service interruptions, or communication delays, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
